This page is filled with photos from my favourite Scottish island, the Isle of Skye! Located less than 2 miles from the nearest town of Kyle of Lochalsh is this prehistoric looking island, full of so much wonder. From its cascading waterfalls, to it’s unique mountains which are millions of years old, formed from volcanic rock, to it’s crystal clear waters, fossilised beaches with dinosaur footprints, with Europe’s largest landslide attracting 10s of thousands of visitors each year, finally being known locally and internationally as “The Misty Isle”, you’ll really need to see for yourself if it lives up to the hype!
